Meditation Podcasts for Good Mental Health

These podcasts are inspired by the teachings of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. I practice meditation as a way of self-care and as a way to strengthen my spiritual roots. As a therapist I recognize the overlap between the teachings of my meditation practice and counseling.

When we are overwhelmed, we look to soothe ourselves and search for that peace within; unfortunately when we are engulfed in negative emotions it is difficult to find peace. True meditation teaches us to be genuine, empathic and, yet, to establish healthy boundaries in all our relationships. Such teachings encourage us to be loving yet fearless; forgiving yet strong. These are all important reminders in leading a balanced life. These podcasts are available to help guide you at the beginning, middle and end of each day to keep that balance for good mental health.
